一體成型式功率電感市場自開發設計至今已超過20餘年，臺慶科亦於西元2000起就已開始生產一體成型式功率電感，隨著電子市場上永不停歇的”節能”與”效能”二大題材，使得一體式功率電感也開始有了新的發展。 The market of molding inductor has been developing for more than 20 years. Along with the two major themes of “energy saving” and “efficiency” in the electronics industry, molding inductors have also undergone new developments, which TAI-TECH has begun its in-house production since 2000 and will not left behind.
時間的推移伴隨著科技的日新月異，一體式功率電感在粉末材料開發以及自動化生產製程上都有了重大的突破，也造就熱壓式一體成型功率電感的蓬勃發展。 With the continuous innovation of technology, the molding inductor has made a major breakthrough in the development of powder materials and the automated production processes, leading to the flourishing development of hot-press molding power inductors.
臺慶科透過新材料的開發且搭配熱壓式的生產技術，大大增加本體密度，使得電感磁飽和程度更佳，同一尺寸下，熱壓式產品能提供更好的飽和電流，且降低直流阻抗讓銅損降低，讓熱壓式產品在溫度表現上更甚以往。 Through the utilization development of new materials along with hot pressing production process, TAI-TECH’s THMC/THMA-Series has achieved excellent electrical characteristics due to increased body density of the inductor. Under the same size, the hot-pressed products achieve higher saturation current, and reduce DCR and loss, which result in overall better temperature performance of the hot-pressed products. |
